During my final semester of BSc we were told about the opportunity to get international exposure, I opted and got International paid internship in USA of 10 USD per hour along with accommodation and Food. Apart from Money the exposure I got as a fresher in international 5star hotel was unique and developed my personality and also gave me good start.

After doing my Diploma in Hotel Management from Switzerland. I joined HCMI for my graduation. I completed my graduation and during my final semester, I got offer for a work permit in UK and now I am settled in UK. The quality of education was no where less than International standards.

Chef Amanvir Singh, Chandigarh - Presently in Melbourne, Australia

On completing my one year Diploma in Hotel Management and also Certificate III in hospitality examination from HCMI, on guidance of HCMI, I applied for permanent residence to Australia. I got my Permanent Residency. Now I am well settled in Melbourne, Australia. I owe this to HCMI; I would like to thank HCMI on behalf myself & my other classmates who have same stories to tell.

I joined HM College in Bangalore but had to quit in between due to family problem and then I came to know about HCMI they really helped me and I was able to complete my graduation with the guidance of the faculty of HCMI. Chef Jagdeep Singh Mann - Presently in Canada.

I did my Diploma in Food Production from HCMI. The faculty and infrastructure was very good after the course I was successful in getting a work permit from Canada. I am now well settled in Canada and working as a Chef. During my studies in HCMI, I was not only given technical knowledge and practical's Skills. We were also told life skills which have really helped me settle in Canada, today I have global exposure and job offers. Chef Pawandeep Singh, Chandigarh - Presently in Sydney, Australia

I am presently working with compass group UK, world no. 1 leading catering company presently based at Sydney. I owe this success to HCMI, when I joined them 2004 I was quiet confused and depressed. I had already wasted one year after 10+2 but with guidance of HCMI, me and my parents are well settled in Australia now. I have got my permanent residence. I am confident that HCMI will also help other candidates to be success stories like me.
