INFORMATION

Admission Procedure

  • All the applicants are enrolled on first come first serve basis after they apply for the course.
  • An interview is arranged, in person at the Institute.
  • The candidate’s eligibility criteria, his past achievements, his interest & commitment, medical fitness and his learning ability are Checked and after that the candidate is allowed to register in the appropriate course.
  • Once the admission is confirmed and the candidate has deposited the fee. The Seat is confirmed. Fee is non refundable and transferable as per university rules.

- Attested Photostat Copies of your 10th / intermediate Marksheet

- Attested Photostat Copies of your 10 + 2 Marksheet

- Attested Photostat Copies of your Graduation Marksheets

- Recent 10 Colour Passport size photographs

- Proof of Residence (Adhar Card, Ration Card, Voter ID, Driving License, Passport)

- Copy of Passport (if available)

- Medical Form

YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO DEPOSIT YOUR ORGINAL CERTIFIACTES FOR VERIFICATION AND THESE WILL BE RETURN TO YOU AS SOON AS WE RECCIEVE THE SAME FROM THE UNIVERSITY

Hostel:

  • In campus Hostel is under Construction, The institute has arrangements for Students to stay at Chandigarh, Zirakpur and Derabassi.
  • At the time of Admission kindly specify the hostel requirements. The institute will arrange for the same.
  • The charges are Chandigarh - Rs.5500/- Per month &  Derabassi - Rs. 4500/- Per month.(or on Actual Bassis)
  • 2-3 students share the room. Each Room is having Bed, Cupboard, Table, Chair, Fan, Lighting, Air-Cooler and is attached with Bathrooms. 
  • The health and security is provided.
  • Students have to follow rules & Regulations of the accommodation.
  • The students can also take thier own PG's.

Transportation:

  • The Institute has transportation for students from Kharar, Mohali, Chandigarh, Zirakpur and Derabassi.

  • The charges are Chandigarh & Zirakpur Rs. 7200/- and from Derabassi 1800/- per semester.

  • At the time of Admission kindly specify the Transportation requirement. The institute will arrange for the same.
  • The students can also come through their own vehicle. They will be solely responsible for their safety while travelling. The institute will not be responsible for the vehicle inside the campus
  • Students have to follow Rules & Regulations of the Transportation.
  • All the charges are paid at the start of the semester.

General Rules:

  1. Applicant Student is further informed to read the conditions in admission form & student handbook at the time of admission.
  2. Applicant is further informed to follow all rules, regulations and conditions mentioned in the admission form and student handbook.
  3. Fees once paid are not refundable / transferable. Rather student is liable to pay the complete fee even if leaves in between the course.
  4. It is the responsibility of the student and the parents to keep the Institute updated about change in address, phone numbers.
  5. Mobile phones are not allowed in the campus. Institute will not be responsible for loss of mobile in the campus.
  6. 70 % Attendance in each semester is compulsory to eligible in appearing university exams in each semester.
  7. Use of Alcohol, drugs, under any circumstances is not permitted. Campus is a no smoking zone.
  8. Students are not allowed to leave the campus during the day without the permission of the class coordinator/ Vice Principal.
  9. Visitors are not allowed to meet the students directly, please contact the reception in case you want to meet the student during classes.
  10. Internal Assessments are carried on regular basis. 25% - 40 % marks are given by the institute in the semester end university exams on the basis of candidate’s performance in attendance, internal assessments and discipline.
  11. The Institute is not responsible for the safety of the student while traveling to the institute.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1.         Refund Policy:

            ·  100% of the amount paid - in case you fail in the previous/eligible class exam (10+2/ Graduation) and before joining/start of class/batch.

            ·  50% of the semester fee in case you want to leave within 7 days after joining start of class/batch.

            ·  No refund- After 7 days from joining / start of class/ batch, Fee paid is not Refundable /Transferable.

            ·  For Compartment students Joining the course: No Fee Refund at any stage in case you fail in the previous/eligible class exam (10+2/ Graduation)

2.         Cancellation of Admission: We reserve the right to cancel the admission of candidate under any of the following circumstances:

            ·  If the fees is not deposited by the stipulated date.

            ·  If the candidate does not join the particular program by the stipulated date even though the Fee has been deposited.

            ·  If the candidate fails to furnish the proof of the stipulated minimum qualifications or submits wrong information.

            ·  If the candidate is found medically not fit to join the course.

            Fee paid will not be Refundable/Transferable in above case.

3.         Seat Allocation is on First Come First Serve Basis in Regular & DE Programs.

4.         Management reserves its right to alter or modify the structure of any of the programs to attain the objective of excellence.

5.         In case you wish to leave the course or not want to join the course, please inform in with in at least 7 days before the start of the course.

6.         It is mandatory and important that you should join on the date given and also attend the induction programme along with your parents.

7.         In case of result awaited admission: If the candidates get compartment his admission will stand on provisional basis until he clears his qualifying/eligible exams.

            In case candidates fail to clear the qualifying exams at later stage no refund/compensation is given.

8.         In case of late admission and leaving the course then no fee is refundable/transferable

9.         ALL DISPUTES ARE SUBJECT TO ARBITIATION ACT & UNDER CHANDIGARH JURIDISICTION
