











The objective of the Industrial Training for students is to have hands on exposure in properties across the service sector where the theoretical knowledge gained at college is validated by relevant experiences in real life situations. We look Forward from Hospitality Industry to provide Industrial Training to our Students, who are going to be a future Human asset.
All the students are required to undergo Industrial Training as per curriculum requirement, si // --> > nce we follow semester system, Training is held twice in the year from 15th April to September and from 15th October to March.

Letters of invitation are sent to corporate and on receiving their selection specifications, resumes are forwarded based on students profiling done by the Training Department. Selection is done based on hotel policy either telephonic or face-to-face interview are conducted.
HCMI inculcates service orientation as a core value in each student so they seamlessly fit into the hotel even as Industrial Trainees; most students receive letters of intent and appreciation letters during their training.
