STEP 2:

ATTACH THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS:

- 12 / 10 + 2 / High School / Senior Secondary Transcript (English Translated and Notary attested)

- Bachelor Transcript (for MBA HM)(English Translated and Notary attested)

- Recent 10 Colour Passport size photographs With White Background and 70 % Face in Formals

- Passport (Front, Back Page and Inner page in case of alteration)

- Medical Form from Local Doctor.

- English Language competency (IELTS If appeared, Not Compulsory)

- Police Clearance Certificate / No Criminal Record

PS NOTE:

1.     In case of Documents/ certificates in Local Language, Please get them translated in ENGLISH.

2.     You will be required to bring your original certificates for verification and these will be return to you as soon as we receive the same from the university

FEE STRUCTURE-2011

The fee included Uniform (3 Shirts, 3 Pants, Blazer, Waist jacket, Chef Coat, Kitchen Set), Journals at the time of Joining. Lunch during teaching days

STEP 5:

On receiving the Documents we will issue Admission Letter in Your Favour and In the Favour of  Indian Embassy Close to you for Issue of Visa.

The Scan Copy will be sent to you by email and Hard/ Original Copy By Courier / DHL / FEDEX

STEP 6:

You will then apply to Indian High Commission (Embassy) for Visa along with all the documents and visa fee. The details will be provided on case/country basis.

OTHER INFORMATION

Medical Insurance:

1. Please Get Covered for Overseas Medical and Accidental Insurance.
2. Please ensure that medical claims/ Facility is available in India under the policy

How to Reach

1.     Nearest International Airport: Indira Gandhi International Airport (IGI ) New Delhi. New Delhi is 250 Km from Chandigarh By Road Driving Time is 4 -5 Hrs Depending upon Traffic. We Provide Pick up from the IGI New Delhi Airport.

Or

2.     Take a connecting Domestic Flight from IGI New Delhi to Domestic Airport at Chandigarh. Pick up is available from the Airport.

Accomodation:

• The institute has arrangements for Students to stay at Chandigarh and Derabassi.
• At the time of Admission kindly specify the hostel requirements. The institute will arrange accordingly for the same.
• The charges are Chandigarh - Rs. 4500/- Per month &  Derabassi - Rs. 3500/- Per month. (Non AC, Twin Sharing Basis with Vegetarian Food)
• 2-3 students share the room. Each Room is having Bed, Cupboard, Table, Chair, Fan, Lighting, Air-Cooler and is attached with Bathrooms. 
• The on call doctor and security is provided.
• Students have to follow rules & Regulations of the accommodation.
• The students can also take thier own PG's.
• For AC rooms cost of accommodation will be approx 25% extra
• Non Vegetrian Food can be at Public Eating Joints / Own Cook

Food:

• Chandigarh is Modern & Cosmopolitan City. There are all Kind of Food available. There are more than 200 Fine Dine Restaurants.
• International Food Chains like Mc Donald’s. KFC. Pizza hut, Domino's, Subway, Barista, Baskin Robbins, Cafe Coffee Day, Swagat(South Indian). Oriental / Chinese-Indian Food is also Available. 
• Local Specialty food from Clay oven and small road side(hyginic) eateries are also available.
• Part time- House Maids are also availble for cooking.

Transportation:

• The Institute has transportation for students from Chandigarh and Derabassi to the Campus.
• The charges from Chandigarh Rs. 7200/- and from Derabassi 1800/- per semester.
• At the time of Admission kindly specify the Transportation requirement. The institute will arrange for the same.
• The students can also come through their own vehicle. They will be solely responsible for their safety while travelling. 
• Students have to follow Rules & Regulations of the Transportation.
• All the charges are paid at the start of the semester.

HCMI - Working Details:

General Rules:

1. Applicant Student is further informed to read the conditions in admission form & student handbook at the time of admission.
2. Applicant is further informed to follow all rules, regulations and conditions mentioned in the admission form and student handbook.
3. Fees once paid are not refundable / transferable. Rather student is liable to pay the complete fee even if leaves in between the course.
4. It is the responsibility of the student and the parents to keep the Institute updated about change in address, phone numbers.
5. Mobile phones are not allowed in the campus. Institute will not be responsible for loss of mobile in the campus.
6. 70 % Attendance in each semester is compulsory to eligible in appearing university exams in each semester.
7. Use of Alcohol, drugs, under any circumstances is not permitted. Campus is a no smoking zone.
8. Students are not allowed to leave the campus during the day without the permission of the class coordinator/ Vice Principal.
9. Visitors are not allowed to meet the students directly, please contact the reception in case you want to meet the student during classes.
10. Internal Assessments are carried on regular basis. 25% - 40 % marks are given by the institute in the semester end university exams on the basis of candidate’s performance in attendance, internal assessments and discipline.
